Due to the global effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on universities, workplaces and international travel, the International Institute for Genocide and Human Rights Studies (A Division of the Zoryan Institute) has made the following changes to the application process for its annual Genocide and Human Rights University Program (GHRUP):
The application deadline for the 2020 GHRUP has been extended to May 30, 2020.
Starting today, students will not be required to pay the $25 application fee until June 1, 2020.
Should the Institute need to cancel the 2020 GHRUP, this will be done on or before June 1, 2020.
In the case of cancellation, the $25 application fee will be reimbursed to students through PayPal.
These measures have been put in place with the hope that COVID-19 will be successfully contained in the coming months. Should any new developments arise in the coming weeks, we will be sure to notify you accordingly.
